To request a cleaning service:
- Submit a quote request through our website or by contacting us directly
- Provide accurate information about your property (size, bedrooms, bathrooms, special instructions)
- Agree to a scheduled date and time for service
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if provided information is inaccurate or incomplete.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on:
- Property size (number of bedrooms and bathrooms)
- Service type (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out)
- Any additional add-on services requested
- Frequency of service (recurring cleaners may qualify for discounts)
Payment is due after the cleaning service is completed. We accept credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
4. Service Guarantees
We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service:
- Contact us within 24 hours of service to report concerns
- We will work to address your concerns and schedule a re-clean if necessary
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate property information
- Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
- Secure pets and valuable items
- Notify us of any special circumstances (allergies, safety concerns, etc.)

- Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates determined by your mobile carrier.

- STOP: Reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications at any time.
